Goblin Valley

Our first camping trip this summer and Aniston's first ever, we went to Goblin Valley with Ben's mom and step dad's family. It was crazy windy the first 2 days and the last 2 were perfect. We had so much fun and Aniston did amazingly well for how much we hiked around and very few naps. She ate everything and anything and had so much fun with her Grandma and aunts and uncles. Goblin Valley is down by Lake Powell so there are a lot of red rock and canyons to climb through. There is an area where there are millions of goblins (those are the nice stacked rocks you'll see) and we would go down there at night and play hide and seek and just run around and climb, we also had water fights, and chatted, and ate and ate some more. We are so grateful that we got to go this year and experience all the camping fun. Thanks so much Angie for taking us! We had so much fun!!

Hogle Zoo

 A couple weeks after we moved into our apartment, we decided to take Aniston on her first trip to the ZOO. We went to the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake and it was crazy busy, but so fun. I haven't been there since I was little, so it was fun to go back and see all the animals. The water area was closed where they had the polar bear, penguins and otters (which was what we were most excited to see) so we are going to have to go back later this summer and check it out. Anistons favorite were the monkeys. The monkeys were the only things there that would actually move, which is why we were really wanting to show her the otters, the rest of the animals were pretty lazy as usual.
