QRremembered.com

So many of you already know, but for those of you who don't Ben and his mom have been working on starting an online business. They have been working hard for a year now and we are happy to announce that it officially launched today! Its called QRremembered and its a memorial business that allows you to make a memorial for family and friends that have passed on. How it works is after the memorial is made a QR code is placed on a plaque that you attach to the gravestone. Then anyone with a Smartphone, i-pad, i-pod or any other device capable of scanning a qr code will then bring up the memorial you made online.  This is such an amazing way to honor your loved ones and pay tribute to them by telling their story so that when family and others visit the grave site they can scan the QR code and remember or hear the story of your loved one.
I'm so proud of Ben and my mother-in-law for working so hard and developing a business that brings happiness to those who are grieving and we hope that others will also see the good it can bring as well by spreading the word to those families who may have had someone pass on recently or years ago.    I currently am working on my grandfathers, Fred Henry Seal, who passed away this last April. He was such an amazing man and anyone who ever met or knew him would know how much love and happiness he brought into their lives. His death was a surprise and shock to many of us because he had so much energy and life in him that we thought he would be around for many  more years. My grandpa was the only grandpa I grew up knowing and by making this memorial for him I feel closer to him and its something I could do for my family in helping them remember him. Here is the link to his memorial http://www.qrremembered.com/memorials/fred-henry-seal.php. Its not all the way completed. I am working on getting his funeral audio and other paperwork scanned in but if you go to his photo gallery you can see the amazing video Ben made for my Grandpa to show at his funeral. I love his memorial! Any time I think about him I can go to his memorial and remember his life and the impact he made on our family. Grandpa I love you and you will forever be missed!
Grandpa Fred
As you can see the QR code is not yet on his gravestone. But will be soon.

Please visit QRremembered.com or the link above. We would love your feedback. It just launched today and there will be glitches and things we need to fix, but the only way of knowing is with your help. So please experiment with the site and start making your own memorials! The more advice we receive the better this site will be.
